As always, it has been a busy few days at Carolina Day.
Here's just a sampling of some of what you might have missed.

"Free Planet Radio" provided a delightful variety of music last week in the lower school courtyard during lunch periods. It was a nice day to enjoy lunch outside while listening to this eclectic music. All divisions were invited to come over and enjoy the show.

The Middle and Upper Schools came together for a rousing pep rally last week. Willie the Wildcat was on hand to get the crowd excited about the soon-to-happen round of playoff games. Most of the crowd came dressed in their reds and blues. Willie and Mr. Z thrilled the crowd with some campus antics.

The Upper School Student Council participated in an off-campus community service project last week. They planted several trees in the Biltmore Village area.

The CDS Book Fair concluded yesterday. It was a very successful event. The Friends of the Library appreciates all of your support. These fifth graders enjoyed browsing the huge selection of great books.

Don't miss it. The Lower and Key School's fabulous musical production of Tale of Beauty and the Beast is being presented this week. The final performance is Friday evening at 7 P.M. Almost 100 students and teachers are involved in the show.
