Lower School Faculty - Jane CorbinWelcome to the Music Room
Carolina Day School Lower Music is a room full of singin’ and playin’. Our goal is to instill a love for music in every child. Along the way, we do a little music theory, learn a little music history, and share our talents with performance.
Music touches and enhances all parts of our life, in and out of school. During school, we are very aware that music can be taught in the science class, history, and even math. Outside, music is heard in the mall, on the stage, in the car, and if you listen very carefully in the SwannanoaRiver.
We are always busy in the Lower School Music room. You are welcome to drop in any time. If you have a musical skill you wish to share, we are excited to listen.
