What a hard weekend for the Lady Cats! Lots of travel for the Cats - started in Wilmingtona nd ended up in Fayetteville. We’ll post the complete details shortly - an odyssey of the mind.

We’ve just been told that play was cancelled today due to poor weather in Wilmington. We’ll post updates as they become available.

We have two Cat teams that are on the road today - both on their way to NCISAA 2A State Championships:

Our XC teams head to Charlotte this afternoon to prepare for tomorrow morning’s XC Championship at McAlpine Park. The Cats are coming off a wonderful showing at the CAA Championships in which we won the boys event and finished in the top 5 on our girls side. It’s a perfect time to “peak” and the Cats head into tomorrow’s event with a great deal of confidence.

Our Lady Cats tennis team hit the road bright and early this morning - heading to Wilmington, NC, to participate in this years NCISAA 2A Championship. This evening, all of the NCISAA 2A Coaches meet to develop the draw for tomorrow’s championship. We look forward to seeing this draw and how our very young team will respond to a very challenging couple of days.

The Lady Cats hit the road again this afternoon as they head down to Spartanburg Day School for their second to  last CAA match of the year. The Lady Cats look to bounce back from their disappointing loss on Saturday v. the Blues of Asheville School. See you in sunny Spartanburg!

The Lady Cats tennis team fell to Asheville School on Friday by a score of 8-1. Carter Tindall (FR) recorded the only win for the Cats.

The Lady Cats look to regroup as the hit the practice courts before the NCISAA 2A State Championship later this month in Wilmington, NC. Details will soon follow.
