The Lady Cats fell to the visiting Lions of Asheville Christian Academy in middle school soccer action by a score of 4-1.

 The Cats look to rebound in the following weeks.

The Cats hosted Macon Middle School yesterday in their last home soccer game of the year. The front line of Macon Middle proved a little too much for the Cats as they cruised to a 4-0 win.

This was the last game for the Cats and on behalf of the athletic department, thank you for all of your hard work and committment. We look forward to seeing you in the red and blue for many years to come.

A few schedule updates for the community:

Friday varsity soccer match v. Spartanburg Day will be played at USC - Upstate rather than Spartanburg Day School due to field construction at SDS. This match will begin at 5pm. There will be no MS soccer game that afternoon.

There is no home field hockey match tomorrow v. Salem Academy.

Our middle school and varsity soccer games have been cancelled - these games have been rescheduled for Friday, October 12 at 330p and 5p respectively.

Due to inclement weather in Spartanburg, SC, today’s varsity tennis match has been postponed. This match has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 16 at Spartanburg. There will be no tennis practice this afternoon.

We will make a decision regarding our soccer games - also scheduled at Spartanburg Day - at 145p this afternoon. Please check back for an announcement at that time.

Today’s Varsity Field Hockey match and volleyball match will be played as scheduled. See you this afternoon.

A huge day for the Cats this afternoon as they host the Blues of Asheville School. Our rivalry with Asheville School dates back to the early 1960’s and has always been a rivalry based upon sportmanship and competitiveness.

Our XC team heads over to Asheville Christian Academy this afternoon for a CAA match-up v. the Lions. Our MS’ers run at 4p followed by varsity team at 5p.
