Joan Racunas WhiteMy life has been filled with blessings. I am married to my soulmate, have two beautiful children, and have a career that I enjoy. My husband, Art, is an Associate Vice Chancellor at NC State University, and I work for the NC State Alumni Association as their Events Manager; so, we are able to ride to work together most of the time. We live in an older section of Raleigh, not far from the university, which is very convenient for us. We have lived in the same house for over twenty years. I have been involved in meeting and events management for over 25 years, starting as Vice President of Meetings & Conventions for the NC Savings & Loan Association, then the Marriott Corporation, and finally, General Electric, before coming to NC State six+ years ago. |
